Management is primarily responsible for effectively implementing Afrimat's Health and Safety policy and provides the expertise and support required. Risks are identified and safety standards are developed and applied. It is the responsibility of management to ensure that workers are informed and kept abreast of health and safety risks.

A Safety Committee researches new technological advances in order to maintain a high safety standard throughout all of Afrimat's operations.
