General Worker
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
- Grade 12
- Excellent knowledge of hand- & power tools.
- SHE REP certificate will be advantageous.
- Write, understand and communicate in English
- No criminal record
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be prepared to work after hours (overtime).
- Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Executing daily vehicle checks.
- Assist as requested with daily and after hour tasks.
- Assist with housekeeping in workshop and on other sites.
- Assist to conduct routine maintenance as directed.
- Report faulty equipment and unsafe conditions.
- Assist to change faulty equipment / parts as requested.
- To ensure that Safety rules and procedures are adhere to, according to the rules and regulations of the workshop and mine.
