Artisan Millwright
Minimum Qualification / Requirements
- N3 Technical Qualification
- Qualified Artisan with red Seal in Electrical/Millwright/Instrument Mech
- 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Sector and 3 years’ experience in Packing
- Have own vehicle and driver’s license
- Have own tools
- Prepared to work shifts
- Very hands on person
- Ability to Troubleshooting on instrumentation, electrical Systems
- Understand basics of mechanical fitter
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Do shifts where required and understand dynamics of running 24/7 plant
- Conduct Corrective and Planned Maintenance activities
- Understand basics of safety and good in safe work practices
- Understand basics of environment and promote a healthy work environment
- Understand basic PLC principles and its relationship with field and SCADA
- Understand how to drive and maintain Maintenance KPIs: Plant and Machinery Availability, Clear Communications with the Superiors, Teamwork with the Colleagues and Production Team, Ability to do Troubleshooting within reasonable period, Excellent in breakdown execution while delivering quality job.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and modify it based on the field circuits
- Able to do installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems independently
- Do installation and removal of electrical and mechanical
- Do basic welding and cutting metals
- Able to do troubleshooting on the Instrumentation and electrical system
- Able to work independently
- Able to understand and work on simple 6bar pneumatic system (Compressed Air)
- Write shifts or/and standby reports where required
- Track his own timesheet, KPIs and state of the machines during his/her shift
- Performs any other reasonable tasks when requested by the Manager
- Adhere to the group’s health and safety rules
- Understand and comply to the group’s health and safety standards
- Understand and comply to the group’s health and safety standards
- Ensures the safety of laboratory equipment
- Participate in all health and safety campaigns
