Finance Intern
Minimum Qualification / Experience:
- Finance related qualification
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Administrative skills and Microsoft knowledge
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
- Must have own transport
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited not):
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding statements, invoices and delivery notes
- Capturing/processing of supplier invoices in Accpac
- Assisting with Occupational Rental manual invoice batches
- Assisting with ad hoc accounting duties as instructed by the Financial Accountant
- Assisting with BEE compliance related tasks
- Assisting with filing of the finance team documents
- Capturing of STD Bank Pay card processing and reconciliations
- Assisting with creditors reconciliations
- Capturing/processing of intercompany supplier invoices in Accpac
