General Workers
Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies
- Minimum Grade 12
- Must have a valid Forklift Operator certificate
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a General Worker
- Ability to work under pressure
- Medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act
Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Operate the Forklift
- Do plant maintenance and housekeeping
- Operate equipment in a respectful and safe manner
- Must be able to carry out instructions given by supervisor
- Work and communicate effectively with the team
- Acknowledge that Management may allocate additional tasks according to operational requirements
- Perform any other manual work required on site
- Promote safety and follow company policies
- Comply with Mine rules, legislation and COP
