Implementation Engineer
Minimum Qualification / Requirements / Attributes:
- BEng/BSc/BTech Engineering Degree (Required)
- 3 years’ asset care experience
- Proficient with On Key CMMS
- Willing to travel to various Afrimat sites.
- Have own vehicle and driver’s license
- Analysing and interpretation of information
- Decision making ability in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Self-disciplined and motivated
- Honesty
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited not):
- Execute the rollout of maintenance management processes supported by On Key across business units, under the guidance of the project owner
- Responsible for configuration and set up of software to support business processes
- Responsible for on-site training and post-implementation support as part of roll-out to new BU’s
- Apply a solid understanding of preventative maintenance principles to ensure system design supports reliability goals
- Ensure maintenance process implemented adds operational benefit by improving equipment availability and reducing maintenance costs
