Project overview 

Over a four-month period, our team successfully supported theTransnet Ore Line Shutdownby supplying ballast materials across multiple operational sections. The scope of work covered key segments betweenSishen Yard in Saldanha to Loop 19, contributing directly to track maintenance, screening, and rehabilitation activities. The project formed part of a broader infrastructure programme focused on improving track stability, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability across the corridor.

This achievement reflects our team’s ability to deliver at scale under demanding shutdown conditions, supporting one of the country’s most critical freight corridors. The successful execution underscores our commitment to operational excellence and partnership with Transnet. Duration of the project (Phase 1 – Due date was 10 May, Phase 2 Due Date October 2026).
