Acquisition of Lafarge SA

1. All agreements, purchase orders and any other documents currently in existence between suppliers and the applicable Afrimat subsidiary, are deemed to be amended in respect of the name change, as of the effective date of the company name change as indicated above.
2. Please note that all other company information such as the company registration number, VAT number and registered address remain unchanged.

Afrimat prides itself on its excellent track record of making timely payments to suppliers and will apply the necessary resources to ensure focus is placed on addressing the overdue trade payables with an attempt to bringing them in line, over time, with Afrimat’s trading terms.
